To Process an Application

Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Each applicant must provide a copy of their state ID (drivers license, nondriver ID, passport) and social security card.

Applicant must provide verification of income.

Each applicant must pay a $30 application fee in the form of cash or money order.

Applicants with less than three (3) years of rental history or lack of credit may be required to have a co-signer or provide an additional security deposit.

The acceptance or denial of an application is the sole discretion of Legacy Real Estate Services abide by the strict guide lines of Fair Housing.
